This is one of two "Prototypes" i recently finished of the TUNNEL RATT. Blade is 1/4" thick CPM 154 stainless. Frame is Titanium, and the clip is a 3/16" Dia. stainless rod. Front side grip is Black G10 with a detacheable multi-tool. The multi-tool frame is aluminum, and it has a spring loaded CPM 154 wire cutter/stripper blade. On the bottom side of the tool is a Tungsten Carbide sharpening rod.The multi-tool is held in the grip via two guide pins, and rare earth magnets (these magnets are very stout) that literally jerk the tool out of your hand when re-attaching it to the grip.To detach the multi-tool, just press down on the cutter blade, and slide it backwards. The spring under the blade will push it up and away from the magnets, which allows you to pull the tool off the grip. I will be making these knives with and without the multi-tools.
